Wiles says that, because the Frey/Ribet elliptical equation is non modular, his modularity theorem proves FLT. I say that the Frey/Ribet non modular eliptical equation disproves Wiles' modularity theorem. Wile's contention that the Frey/Ribet non modular eliptical equation and FLT do not exist is error, because the Frey/Ribet equation exists for Pythagoras' theorem and for the Arithmetic Rule of Addition.
